WE ARE LOOKING FOR REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS!

• Compensation:

  • - Starting rate of $800-$900/month for full-time depending on position and experience.

  • - Starting rate of $400-$450/month for part-time depending on position and experience

  • - Paid US/PH Holidays and Birthday Leave

  • - Salary Increase and Yearly Bonuses

• Responsibilities: (not limited to)

  • - Social Media Management (SMM)

  • - Email Newsletter Engagement

  • - CRM and Database Management

  • - Adminstrative Support

  • - Facilitate Weekly Accountability Zoom meetings with Agent

  • - Participate in our Continuing Education Program (Trainings)

• Qualifications:

  • - Excellent English communication Skills - Can converse well during Zoom video conferences.

  • - Tech Savvy - Can easily adapt to different software, tools, and application. (knows how to use Google Suite Apps)

  • - Internet Savvy - familiar social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.

  • - Adaptability -  knows how to balance tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

  • - Creativity - willing to learn basic photo/video editing using Canva. (training will; be provided)

  • - Real Estate VA experience of at least 1 year is an advantage but not required.

  • - Call center experience of 6 months is required.

  • - Willing to work US hours from Monday-Friday (fixed Sat-Sun off)

  • - Willing to participate in ongoing weekly training and meetings.

  • - A Self-Starter with a Yes-How Attitude!
